REFUNDS POLICY

Once we receive your return package, the returns department will validate the condition of the returned item(s).

Once all the return requirements have been met. A refund in the total amount paid for the item(s) will be issued to all returned items that where purchased at regular price.

All returned items purchased using a promotional coupon or at a discounted price can only be exchanged or issued a store credit for. No refunds can be issued upon return of sale items.

All refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time the order was placed.

Please allow from 3 to 11 business days for the refund to reflect on your financial statements.
