RETURN POLICY



Your satisfaction is our priority.

An order can be returned to us FREE of charge within 30 days from when it was delivered.

In order to request a return you must email support@shecloset.com, please include in the email your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours with a pre-paid return label and instructions.

All items must be returned in brand new condition with all packaging materials included.  She Closet reserved the right to refuse a return if it does not arrive in the required condition, in which case the package will be sent back to you.

She Closet will pay for the return postage only once per order. Should a customer need to return her exchange a second time, postage will be at the buyer’s cost.
